For me, coaching is about being a positive sounding board for my clients and asking them the correct questions at the right time. This method will help show them that in fact they already have the answers inside of themselves and thus help guide them on their personal journeys to the goals and successes that they desire.

I use the skills I have learned through studying coaching as well as having studied mindfulness to provide a diverse and powerful session. The beauty of coaching is that it will always be flexible to what you need at the time and doesn’t follow a set of ready-made ‘one size fits all’ guidelines. Union Power Yoga

Union Power Yoga is a combination of my yoga training along with my passion for exercise and breathing techniques (pranayama). It is catered to your needs to help you grow stronger, more flexible and more confident in a short space of time.

It is a full body and fun class that is suitable for people of all levels of fitness and ability. I am able to create classes based on the needs of my students that can vary from slow, deep stretching classes to the most energetic and fast passed workouts you could ask for. Classes can be both online or in person.

Meditation and Mindfulness

Group meditation and mindfulness workshops at a time convenient for you from the comfort of your own home!

To answer the common question of ‘what’s the difference between meditation and mindfulness?’. Quite simply mindfulness is a state of being that we can cultivate at all times. Be it whilst working, eating, exercising or relaxing watching Netflix. It’s a way of learning how to be present in this moment, not buried in the past or lost in the future. Being right here, right now. Meditation is going beyond the mind, transcending into a place of deep rest and comfort. Through various meditation techniques you will expand your mind, your patience, your compassion and your self-esteem.

I myself have meditated every day for five years and have personally noticed improvements with my mental health, my discipline, my empathy and being able to remain calm when the external or internal noise would have previously been overwhelming and unsettling. It’s a simple yet powerful skill that anybody can develop to enhance their life.
